Project Information
Project Title: “Construction of a new intermodal terminal and purchase and installation of a set of equipment for its operation.”
The construction of the terminal will significantly accelerate land transportation and increase the flow of goods between the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States and China. It will contribute significantly to the growth of trade, especially in the context of the planned creation of the New Silk Road.
The implementation of the project will significantly improve the transport accessibility of the Podlaskie Voivodeship and create new opportunities for the use of the potential of border areas.
The project is co-financed under the Regional Operational Program of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis IV Improvement of transport accessibility, action 4.2. Railway infrastructure.
The total value of the project is PLN 81,061,930.94. The total eligible expenditure of the Project amounts to PLN 65,684,008.89. The ROPWP grant is PLN 39,994,993.
